Anxiety Therapy
support for anxiety and social anxiety that helps you stop fighting fear and start living more fully.
You may have arrived here if:
You are living with constant worry, a racing mind, or a body that rarely feels at ease. Anxiety might show up as tension, hypervigilance, difficulty sleeping, or feeling constantly on edge. Or maybe for you, anxiety is especially social — showing up as fears of being judged, rejected, misunderstood, or seen as "too much." You may replay conversations, assume others don’t like you, or avoid social situations altogether despite longing for deeper connection.
How you’ve been coping:
You might want friendship, dating, community, or visibility, yet feel stuck between the desire to belong and the need to stay safe. Anxiety may tell you that it’s better not to try than to risk embarrassment, rejection, or getting it wrong.
You’ve likely tried everything to make anxiety go away — deep breathing, meditation, gratitude journaling, exercise, medication, or positive thinking. Worry can sometimes feel productive or protective in the moment, but over time it keeps your attention locked on threat, pulls you out of the present, and shrinks your world.
How I can help:
In anxiety therapy, we won’t focus on eliminating anxiety or forcing calm. Instead, we’ll shift your relationship with anxiety — including social anxiety. You’ll learn how to notice anxious thoughts, body sensations, and urges without letting them dictate your choices. Together, we’ll practice making room for discomfort while gently and intentionally moving toward connection, authenticity, and values-based action.
Therapy with me is a compassionate yet active space designed to help you engage more fully in your life — showing up in relationships, social spaces, and meaningful opportunities even when anxiety comes along for the ride.
