How I can help:

In our work together, I offer a safe, attuned, and collaborative space to help you come back home to your body. We’ll begin by understanding your nervous system and building internal resources for stability and regulation. Using EMDR therapy, we’ll gently reprocess experiences that remain “stuck,” allowing your system to integrate them rather than relive them.

As therapy progresses, we’ll also focus on post‑traumatic growth — reconnecting you with meaning, values, and vitality. The goal isn’t to erase what happened, but to help you move forward with greater freedom, resilience, and choice.
