How I can help:

In our work together, I offer culturally responsive, LGBTQ+ affirming therapy grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect. From our very first session, I’ll take time to know you as a whole person — your identities, values, culture, gender, sexuality, and lived experiences. Together, we’ll gently explore your story while also zooming out to understand how larger systems of oppression have shaped the ways you’ve learned to survive.

Rather than pathologizing your coping strategies, we’ll honor how they once helped protect you. Through therapy, we’ll build self‑acceptance, reduce shame, and support you in reconnecting with a life that feels embodied, values‑aligned, and expansive — one that celebrates your full identity.
